| Any new composites product starts out as a model: a positive of the product to be manufactured. From this model the manufacturing moulds are made. The rule of thumb is, the higher the quality of the model, the higher the quality of the final product. This is why at VKN we have our own dedicated model shop, where our skilled model makers use their experience and finesse to manufacture your model. | We pay particular attention to the finishing, in order to obtain really smooth surfaces. This is essential in order to form moulds from the model, which simplify the de-moulding of the final products. Because of our hands on manufacturing experience, we always shape the models in such a way that significant benefits can be had in manufacture: our models make product manufacture easier, faster and of a higher quality. |
