The end quality of any composites product is determined to a great extent by its dimensional tolerances. In our grinding and sanding area, we can cut each composite product to the exact measurement required, directly after demoulding the product.
Because this grinding and sanding obviously produces a lot of dust, our grinding area is separated from other factory areas. |
This gives us the opportunity to create an underpressure in this area, and keep dust away from the rest of the factory. The result is a clean, organised and much more pleasant working environment. Within the grinding area, measures have been taken to make the work as light as possible, such as filtered air ventilation systems and personal air apparatus. The area is situated in the centre of the factory, offering quick access to all other production areas. |
